Our first mashup beginner masterclass

Earlier this semester, Baking Fuego teamed up with Taberna Bakery Pamplona to host a beginner-level masterclass designed for those taking their very first steps into baking. Participants explored the fundamentals - understanding yeast, mixing and kneading dough, proofing basics, shaping simple loaves and learning how temperature affects rise and texture.

The relaxed, supportive atmosphere encouraged questions, curiosity and experimentation. True to Baking Fuego’s mission, the workshop brought together new bakers from around the world and proved that anyone can create something delicious with a bit of guidance and flour‐covered hands.
